Installation¶
barcodeEZ requires Python ≥ 3.10.
Install with pip¶
pip install barcodeEZ
Dependencies¶
These are installed automatically:

The barcode corpus (~30,000 orthogonal 60-mers) ships with the package — no separate download is needed.
